Phil joined VooServers in January 2018 as a Senior Help Desk Analyst expanding our team responsible for managed services with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience.
His career in IT began in the Mid 90s where he gained experience in Novell Groupwise E-mail and Novell 5/6. Since 2008, he has been based in Kent and working in Central London where he progressed onto administering Novell and Microsoft Server 2003 / 2012 AD management including exchange monitoring, backups using Arcserve while also working with a wide variety of mobile devices.
Recently he has worked in providing IT for schools where he gained knowledge in Exchange 2010 VMWare Virtual Desktop infrastructure machines, also working with Mac 0S Sierra and Meraki Wireless mobile device management and Wireless Access points.
