Located just off of Wall Street our New York Datacentre sits on some of the most sought-after real estate in the world. Operating without any interruptions during hurricane Sandy this facility has demonstrated it’s superior design is capable of withstanding some of the most extreme circumstances possible.
Our New York City data centre has 2MW of power available offering over 150 watts per square foot of data centre space. Power delivery is backed by an N+1 UPS configuration and generators offering a minimum of 72 hours of runtime at full load with priority refuelling contracts in the event of a prolonged loss of power.
N+1 cooling is in operation throughout all technical space with underfloor delivery into contained cold aisles to ensure efficient and precise cold air delivery. A number of sensors are located around the data centre floor to provide consistent temperature and humidity readings back to the onsite NOC allowing the air flow to be monitored and adjusted accordingly.
Both technical and key plant areas are protected by zoned, triple pre-action VESDA fire suppression systems capable of detecting even the smallest of fires. Upon detection a high-pressured delivery of FM200 gas is made to the specific alarmed zone extinguishing any fires in a matter of seconds without causing any damage or interruption to electrical equipment.
Located in the financial district and with key connections into financial markets security is our utmost priority with multiple layers of security in operation including biometric access, CCTV surveillance and anti-tailgate entry systems.
