Over the weekend Kent Messenger released their top 30 Kent young entrepreneurs under the age of 30. Each contendent was judged set on a guide, published by the KM Group, set by an independent panel of Kent-based judges selected from a wide variety of industries and young people’s organisations. Each entrant was judged on their achievements to date and their potential to change commerce in Kent as well as nationally.
In the list posted by the KM Business, Matt Parkinson, Technical Director of VooServers came in at a well deserved 11th place. Matt launched VooServers as a hobby whilst he was still in school just over 11 years ago, now the company is running from 3 datacentres around the world in Maidstone, Frankfurt and New York. We provide anything from Virtual Servers up to private Clouds for more than 2,000 customers from more than 70 countries. VooServers has carved a niche as an affordable solution for small businesses due to our philosophy: “not try to stretch their budgets without valid reason”.
Congratulations to Matt on being one of the top entrepreneurs in Kent and leaving such high expectations for other companies within the same niche.
