Apprenticeship Vacancy – Helpdesk Support Analyst
In addition to the vacancy posted a few weeks ago, we have a vacancy within our technical team to provide support for our clients, to build and deploy new servers, to maintain and configure backups and to respond to automated monitoring alerts. Every opportunity will be given to develop knowledge and skills with a view to becoming a 2nd or 3rd line support representative.
