I took Matt’s offer when RackVM went down and It was one of the best decisions I made. I have two VooServers VPSes at the moment and I have never been happier. Matt is very vocal and keeps his customers updated with whatever is happening on the NODE and the Infrastructure even if it does not effect the VPS. I have QuickWeb’s XEN VPSes too and if I want to compare both in terms of stability, support & performance, I would say both are the same. Of course VooServers are more tempting because of more resources at lowend price. Support? Well the average resolution time (note RESOLUTION not REPLY) is less than 5min, sometimes the “Ticket has been created” and Resolution emails come at the same time :p Overall, I am a very satisfied customer of VooServers and I recommend it to anyone looking for a headache free VPS solution with personalized support.
